This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Noltrona provides refunds for its services. By accessing or purchasing any service offered through noltrona.online, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid services, workshop enrolments, subscription plans, and digital content purchases made through Noltrona. It does not apply to free trials, complimentary access, or services explicitly designated as non-refundable at the point of purchase.
2. General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered eligible for a refund, a request must meet the following general criteria:
- The request is submitted within the timeframe specified in the relevant section of this policy.
- The service or content has not been fully consumed, downloaded, or completed.
- The request is accompanied by a valid reason and sufficient supporting detail.
- The purchase was made directly through noltrona.online and not through a third-party reseller or partner platform.
3. Workshop and Course Enrolments
3.1 Cancellation Before Access
If you cancel your enrolment before accessing any course materials or attending any workshop session, you are entitled to a full refund provided the cancellation is made no later than 7 calendar days after the date of purchase.
3.2 Partial Completion
If you have accessed a portion of the course or attended one or more workshop sessions, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of content that has not yet been accessed or delivered. Administrative and processing fees may be deducted.
3.3 No Refund After Full Completion
Once a workshop or course has been fully completed or all materials have been accessed, no refund will be issued regardless of satisfaction with the outcome.
3.4 Scheduled Live Sessions
For live or instructor-led sessions, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit or refund, at your election.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date and where no significant portion of the service has been used may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term. Cancellations made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund; however, access will continue until the end of the annual term.
4.3 Renewals
Subscription renewals are processed automatically. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for charges that result from a failure to cancel before an automatic renewal.
5. Digital Content and Downloadable Resources
Purchases of standalone digital products, downloadable resources, templates, or code packages are generally non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds for digital content may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- The content is materially different from its description at the point of sale.
- The content is technically defective and a working replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- The request is submitted within 5 calendar days of purchase and the content has not been accessed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from eligibility for refunds under any circumstance:
- Services or products clearly designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Completed and delivered custom or bespoke work.
- Charges resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us in a timely manner.
- Fees associated with third-party integrations, tools, or platforms that are outside our control.
- Promotional or discounted purchases where the terms of the promotion explicitly exclude refund eligibility.
- Situations where the request falls outside the applicable refund window.
7. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions

Where a technical failure on our part results in a significant and unresolved disruption, a full or partial refund or service credit may be offered at our discretion.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds
Upon receiving your refund request, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a decision within 10 business days. If your request is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Noltrona reserves the right to issue a service credit in lieu of a monetary refund where circumstances reasonably warrant this approach.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance, as we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
