Last Updated: March 20, 2025
Noltrona respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Noltrona responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit a valid takedown request.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. Your notification must include all of the following elements to be considered valid.
1.1 Required Elements of a Valid Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (such as a URL or specific description).
- Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notices of alleged copyright infringement must be sent to our designated copyright agent using the contact details below. Notices that do not comply with the statutory requirements may be disregarded.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the original complainant notifies us within the applicable statutory period that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the removed or disabled material in our sole discretion.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Noltrona maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices. We reserve the right to terminate accounts under this policy without prior notice.
5. Modification of Content and Access
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Noltrona may, in its sole discretion, take any or all of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- Terminate the account of the user who repeatedly posts infringing content.
6. Disclaimer Regarding Legal Advice
This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure whether specific content infringes your copyright or whether your counter-notification meets statutory requirements, you should consult a qualified legal professional before submitting any notice.
7. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification that contains materially false statements may expose you to civil liability. You may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, incurred by any party harmed by your misrepresentation. Noltrona reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies against any person who knowingly submits false or misleading information.
8. Good Faith and Fair Use
When evaluating any DMCA notice, Noltrona considers whether the use of the allegedly infringing material may qualify as fair use or another applicable exception under copyright law. Noltrona does not remove content where it is reasonably clear that the use is lawful. We encourage rights holders to consider fair use and similar doctrines before submitting a takedown request.
9. Changes to This Policy
Noltrona reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
